Shipping and Return Policy
All Sales are FINAL. All Pre-Buys are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the types of products we sell, we are unable to do returns. If you receive a damaged item please contact us and we will do the best we can to rectify the situation. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Damaged Packages or Missing Items- Please take photos of the package and the item(s) damaged/ missing and submit them within 3 days of package receipt. We will always do our best to rectify the situation.
All sales are final on the website. Once a purchase has been made it may not be cancelled or changed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
We do NOT have a warehouse. We will meet with an order Pickup in Chehalis with 24 hour notice. We do NOT have visitors to the farm at this time.
We do the best we can to accurately charge you for shipping but sometimes the website will make errors. If you are overcharged more then $1.00 you will be refunded when your order ships via Paypal. If you are undercharged shipping, we will invoice you the difference via Paypal. Your order will be held until shipping charges are paid. We will always ship the lowest option available for your order that is insured.
At this time we will only ship to the US, Canada and Australia.
We will invoice your accurate shipping once your order is packaged. This will allow you to pay the best possible rate for shipping. It will be the buyers responsibility to pay any other customs, taxes, fees assessed by 3rd parties. We are not responsible for any fees incurred because of refused merchandise or orders held for any reason by your government. It is your responsibility to be aware of any rules/ policies regarding items purchased for import.
Options Available Domestic
Misty Magic Supplies may ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. Often USPS priority flat rate is the best option.
First Class- If you select first class shipping your order is NOT INSURED. If you select this option it at YOUR OWN RISK. You will receive tracking but if your package is lost or damaged once it leaves our facility, it is non-refundable.
Priority- the majority of our packages ship priority mail. These packages are insured up to $50.00, additional insurance can be purchased. Please make a notation on your order and we will invoice the cost of insurance if requested. USPS generally takes between 2 to 5 days to deliver but they do not guarantee a specific day. The date is a suggested date- NOT A GUARANTEE.
If your package is delayed or misplaced a claim cannot be filed for 15 days. Your package will either be located or they will issue a refund for $50. If your purchase value is higher we suggest additional insurance. Replacement packages will not be shipped until investigation is complete. We will assist you in filing a claim.
FedEx and UPS- Fedex cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes. All packages are insure up to $100 with them.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BY YOUR CHOSEN CARRIER.
When your order ships you will receive a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your package and collect it when delivery is made.
If you did not receive a tracking number please check your spam and contact us.
Orders can only be shipped to the address provided- please double check your order before submitting.
If your package is returned for any reason, you forfeit the original shipping charge as that will not be refunded by the carrier. If you refuse a package, your cost of shipping will be forfeited and the products destroyed. If a package must be reshipped you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
