Hours of Operation:

Monday thru Friday. Closed all holidays.

9 am to 4 pm

We ship 5 days per week.

We do not have a storefront and we do not accept walk-in shoppers.We will meet with 24 hours notice with your order in Chehalis.


Minimum Orders:

We do not have a minimum order amount- we do our best to supply the needs of all of or customers.


Placing Orders:

You may place an order either by the website or in our Facebook group.


Turnaround Time:

Our goal is to process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping time is additional. During high volume periods processing and shipping times can be longer. We will try and keep accurate turnaround time on the page banner. All times are approximate and not a guarantee.


Order Changes:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered. Occasionally, we may be able to add a missed item. Contact us first and we will see what we can do.


Coupons and Discounts:

All coupon or discount codes must be used during the period in which they are valid. We are unable to discount once you have made your purchase so please be sure your code or coupon has been used.


Payment Methods:

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover, checks, cashiers checks and Money Orders. Your order will not ship until your payment has cleared.


Sales Tax: Sales tax for the state of Washington will be charged unless you have resellers permit on file. Please email a copy to mistymagicsoapworks@gmail.com.


Process: You will receive an email when your order is placed on our website. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped with your tracking information.


Out of Stock:

Items are occasionally out of stock and will be back ordered. If the wait to complete your order is over 7 days from the day it is placed we will ship your order short of the out of stock item and will ship it when it arrives. If you would rather have a refund for the item please contact us.



Due to the small size of our business we are unable to supply samples at this time.


Product Testing:

We strongly suggest testing fragrance oils and colorants in your recipe before using an item large scale. We only sell for EXTERNAL USE ONLY, NOT FOR CONSUMPTION.


Weight vs. Volume:

Our products are sold by weight. This means some oils will look shorter than others. It also means that some micas can take a 4 oz jar for 1 oz.


Pre Buys:

Misty Magic Supplies often runs prebuys. These prebuys have longer turnaround times as the minimums must be sold and paid for before the product is ordered. Do not participate if you are unable to wait up to 60 days for the product. We do not offer refunds on Pre buys.


Animal Testing/ Vegan:

Misty Magic Supplies have the utmost respect for our environment. As such we only purchase from cruelty-free companies that do not test on animals. Many of our products are also vegan- please contact us for item verification prior to purchase.
